We believe that old vines deliver stable wines.

We make wine from three vineyards in the Martinborough Terrace Appellation, nestled between the Huangarua River and the road that bares the same name.

Our St. Martin Vineyard on Huangarua Road comprises 20 year old Chardonnay vines of two clones: Dijon 95 (Meursault) and Mendoza – highly valued by New Zealand winemakers, with our Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc coming from the neighbouring blocks.

We are underway with a full conversion of our vines to fully-organic status, and employ traditional labour techniques in the vineyard to nurture full flavours from our crops.
